Our Snowflake Alliance Director is responsible for driving joint revenue between Matillion and our highest profile partnership - Snowflake. The Director will own initiatives across all areas of the business including sales, marketing, product, and programs. They are also responsible for developing and strengthening a wide range of relationships with Snowflake including C-level/leadership.
What you will be doing;
Reiterate our reputation as the Best In Class Snowflake Partner
- Work with all organizations across Matillion and Snowflake to evolve and drive a truly differentiated partnership that is recognized across the Snowflake Ecosystem as best in class
- Build and roll out best practices and programs that will drive double digit growth in our co sell motion with Snowflake
- Fulfill partner program criteria to ensure Matillion continues to expand, grow and differentiate our Snowflake partnership
- Ensure partner alignment metrics are accurately tracked and reported across internal systems (Salesforce and Tableau)
Partner Relationship Management
- Oversee the collaboration between Matillion Snowflake across a range of functional areas including sales, marketing, product, and programs
- Drive the ideation, development and GTM for future industry focused solutions between Matillion and Snowflake
- Develop and execute joint business plan with Snowflake which includes sales, enablement, demand generation, and other key GTM elements
- Deliver Matillion enablement presentations and workshops to partner organizations
- Facilitate relationships at all levels of the business between Matillion contacts and their respective Snowflake counterparts
Internal Alignment
- Serve as the internal champion within Matillion for Snowflake, supporting Matillion teams cross-functionally such as executive, product, sales, and marketing
- With an eye toward future growth you will own the identification, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives, leveraging the necessary internal departments to complete said initiatives
- Work closely with Matillion Consulting Partner Managers to drive triangulated alignment in all sales cycles (Matillion + Snowflake + Consulting partner)
- Assist in creation and delivery of partnership reviews for Matillion and Snowflake leadership
What We Are Looking For - Essential Skills
- Strategic thinker who can create the big picture while ensuring all aspects of the partnership are executing flawlessly
- 7+ years of experience in the cloud data analytics space - Preference for direct experience working for or managing a partnership with Snowflake
- 7+ years of proven success in strategic partner management
- Public speaking experience and an eagerness to grow this skillset
- Bring a sales mentality to Matillion's partnerships -- ability to assess and determine high-impact initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 50% of a work week (post-Covid)
