The mission of Strategic Services is to help current and future Iterable customers and their amazing growth/CX teams build and implement that strategy.

Reporting to the VP, Professional Services in Denver, the Director of Strategic Services is a new role for us in a brand new team: Strategic Services. It is critical that you have a supercharged Growth Mindset, because you will be partnering with teammates within and outside of Strategic Services to go-to-market with value-add services that maximize value, drive platform adoption, increase expansion, support retention, and promote advocacy. You will build frameworks that will eventually lead to productized services. You’ll need to take risks, make mistakes, learn from them, then forget them and start the next iteration -- fast.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Serve as an integral member of the Professional Services Leadership Team, helping to design and implement our strategy for customer success, employee engagement, and sustainable growth
  • Lead the design and building of a Strategic Services team and practice in Professional Services
  • Educate internal teams about Strategic Services, marketing strategy, growth marketing, customer experience, marketing technology, and more
  • Be a thought leader active in our marketing channels
  • Partner with Education Services to develop world-class strategy training content.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Solutions, Sales, and Success to bring to life our Value Framework.
  • Partner with Sales to pitch services to Enterprise C-suite executives
  • Laugh with others, laugh at yourself, take your job seriously but not take yourself too seriously (and enjoy others who do the same)

We are looking for someone with a successful track record of demonstrating:

  • Define and implement the vision and strategy of building a Strategic Services consulting practice
  • Scope and pitch services to Enterprise C-suite
  • Building high trust relationships with team through vulnerability; coach and mentor them with high EQ

  • Ability to build high-trust/high-influence cross-functional relationships
  • Helping enterprise customers build bridges between their business and technology
  • Strong opinions on the state of marketing and the marketing technology landscape

  • Organizational change management and the ability to achieve buy-in + adoption of change at scale
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills at all levels to all types of audiences
  • Build relationships with customer executives as strategic advisor and critical business partner
  • Build and use marketing frameworks to educate customers, prospects, partners, and employees

Location

Our Denver office sits in the Central Business District, just North of the Cap Hill area. Our building has a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo, and we are very close to some great coffee, lunch and happy hour spots! We are just one block away from RTD and Civic Center Station.
