Director, Strategic Growth

Working closely with the Division President, you'll get unparalleled mentorship, learn a ton, and make a big impact on the organization.The Director Strategic Growth, Exchanges Services is also an integral part of the Value Based Care leadership team, working as a trusted partner to align, influence and execute strategic initiatives without direct authority over others.Key Responsibilities
- Lead GHX initiatives spanning growth strategy, product strategy, and operational excellence by directly scoping, initiating, planning, executing, and controlling large complex strategy projects tied to high priority business objectives
- Establish objectives, define deliverables, structure work effort, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver against multiple high priority, impactful strategic initiatives
- Drive data-driven insights to support actionable strategic direction, prioritization, and strategy communication
- Act as a strategic thought leader to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Drive measurable business impact to the organization
- Navigate ambiguous situations to unearth and address core issues or challenges
- Independently lead and drive cross-functional initiatives, projects or programs
- Facilitate resolution of issues relating to projects, priorities and team dynamics

- Analytic horsepower: Strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel to conceptualize and build financial models that inform strategic plans
- Organizational Savvy: Able to build constructive and effective relationships without direct authority and use them to maneuver and negotiate through complex situations
Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- BA/BS required
- Solid technical and analytical computer skills, including excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel software skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, preferably at the senior executive and board levels
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing, leading and aligning others to drive a common goal
- At least 6 years in operational, project management or consulting roles
- US based remote role
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in a strategy, project management and market development leadership with focus on the healthcare industry and SaaS type businesses
- 3+ years at top Tier Strategy / Management consulting firm or strategic planning leading consulting engagement and advising clients at the highest level
- People management experience
Estimated Salary range for this position: $169,050 - $185,955The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
