The Director, Renewal Management will be responsible for managing Conga's renewal manager team for global enterprise accounts. The Renewals Manager will exemplify strong leadership skills, demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets and build a team culture focused on results. Candidate will also lead the team through accurate forecasting, account strategy, planning and daily management to achieve industry leading renewal rates.
- Coach and motivate Enterprise segment of Renewal Management team
- Work with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers to ensure seamless renewal process
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation and other key functional roles
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of process
- Identify training opportunities for team and ensure compliance
- Monitor and coach to the Conga Way
Required Skills / Experience:
- Knowledge of Commercial and Enterprise SaaS Sales segments and processes
- Minimum of 5-7 years management experience in SaaS renewals, Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with third party license management
- Demonstrated ability to forecast accurately
- Proficient in use of Salesforce.com
- You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, and are extremely detailed oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and the ability to navigate object models and advanced reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly.
- Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
