We have an amazing opportunity for an energetic, analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced operations professional to join our fast-growing startup. Like the rest of us, this person will wear many hats; you will work closely with our founders, partners, customers, and investors. Internally, you will work with Wunder’s Operations team to ensure that our rapidly growing portfolio of solar assets is built of the highest caliber. This will require implementing processes and procedures that validate data quality, mitigate potential transaction errors, and manage logistical complexity as we scale our platform. Daily activities will include leading our capital disbursement process, managing our portfolio of solar assets, completing project diligence, and working cross functionally with members of our Financing and Underwriting teams. Externally, you’ll be engaging with partners regularly to solve problems, answer questions, refine processes, and ensure their experience with Wunder is top-notch.

A Strong Foundation – You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a finance or energy project development role. You’re fluent in Excel and you have proven experience engaging both cross-functionally and with external partners.
