Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop network models to support various business segments - factoring in fixed/variable facilities, transportation, and inventory costs; various supply chain constraints, such as capacity, productivity, etc.; service level requirements; and future long-term plans for growth/shifts in business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication processes with various Corporate and field leadership partners to understand customer and business opportunities/needs/ constraints, create effective solutions, and jointly develop execution strategies and initiatives to improve our global logistics network.
- Partner/collaborate with other leaders across the supply chain organization and other business groups to identify new opportunities to drive supply chain improvements.
- Build project and capital plans that are consistently delivered on time and within budget.
- Partner with the sales organization in customer meetings to drive new business solutions and optimization initiatives.
- Analyze logistics operational performance to ensure alignment with overall company and business group strategies.
- Utilize advanced modeling software, such as Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru X and other related tools, to provide appropriate analyses and updates to business groups.
- Drive and lead transportation routing and optimization studies (for parcel, airfreight, ocean, LTL/ TL freight as well as dedicated fleet/milk runs) to drive cost, transit time, carbon footprint improvements.
- Create and foster a high-performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to leadership and stakeholders with various levels of technical knowledge, educating them about our systems, as well as sharing insights and recommendations.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations focusing on execution and logistics network optimization. Master's Degree preferred.
- Focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operational Research, or other related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience as a Supply Chain/Logistics Engineer.
- 7+ years managing engineering people across multiple locations.
- Significant experience in influencing and driving change in a large, global, matrixed environment.
- Prior experience in customer facing roles driving value and logistics solutions creation.
- Project Management experience within various logistics environments.
- Ability to develop plans and deliver results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments.
- Prior experience utilizing code (Python, R, SQL, Go, etc.) for analyzing data.
- Prior experience working with and leading 3rd Party Logistics Solutions engagements.
- Prior experience building statistical models/algorithms to support demand planning and forecasting.
- Knowledge of simulation is a plus (Arena, AnyLogic).
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity to be able to navigate through uncertain situations and drive for clarity.
- Ability to operate effectively and drive decisions with ambiguous or incomplete data and manage supply volatility.
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and team environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - sophistication in communications, interpersonal relations, and diplomacy.
- Superior judgment, team management, budgeting, presentation skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
- Ability to pre-empt and plan for new launches & projects utilizing the lessons learned from previous efforts.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$145,800.00 - $230,312.50
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
