Reporting into the VP of Revenue Enablement, this person will oversee and manage a team of enablement professionals responsible for creating and delivery impactful enablement programs to the regional revenue-generating teams. This role will act as a strategic advisor to the sales, channel, and customer success leaders in the Americas and LATAM, owning the strategic end-to-end enablement plan.

In strong collaboration with the Revenue Enablement global teams, this candidate will deliver a best in class learning experience by understanding the key drivers of the business, determining the necessary enablement & training programs required to address gaps, and relentlessly implementing, tracking, and adjusting based on results. Success equates to an increase in productivity and effectiveness of your regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Understands the Alteryx GTM strategy and uses his/her knowledge to build credibility and trust with Revenue leaders, specifically Sales, Channel and Customer Success.
  • Works with Americas and LATAM sales, channel and sales engineering and customer success leadership to define enablement strategy for each role in region.
  • Collaborate with Global Enablement Program Managers and Content team to architect, build and deliver new hire onboarding, learning journeys, targeted training on Alteryx solutions, sales competencies, sales methodology, and sales tools and process which drive productivity and effectiveness for your stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends, tools, programs, and technologies within the Revenue Enablement leadership team.
  • Participates in quarterly QBRs and provides enablement updates to sales, channel, and customer success leadership.
  • Analyses and interprets key revenue metrics, to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
  • Leads a team of program managers, sales excellence coaches and trainers who facilitate and deliver enablement programs to the regional stakeholders.
  • Be the advocate for your stakeholders and drive of focused experiential learning and change management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10+ years combined experience in Revenue or Sales Enablement.
  • Experience in enabling a wide variety of revenue generating roles is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to design an enablement plan with specific strategies and metrics for success and then oversee the execution.
  • Experience in Value Selling Framework sales methodology is preferred.
  • Analytical skill set to drive insights from data, and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale with region
  • Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at senior level
  • Proven track record of producing and managing enablement events, and driving adoption Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Instructional Design experience a plus
