Job Overview
We are seeking a Director of Consumer Telehealth to own the design, launch, and ongoing success of comprehensive, subscription-based telehealth options for consumers. The Director of Consumer Telehealth is a highly cross-functional role and will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our product offerings, pricing models, quality measures, and ultimate product launch success are all taken into consideration. As our ideal candidate for this role, you are a highly strategic product builder who can quickly iterate with minimal direction to consistently move the needle to meet intended outcomes. You inspire trust and confidence in stakeholders in order to drive team focus on strict product deadlines. In addition, you have an entrepreneurial spirit, possess 'grit' and perseverance in the face of resource and time constraints, and can communicate effectively to multiple audiences.
SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and iterate the two-sided pricing models for the telehealth business line, within the constraints of the current business model
- Understand, own and improve the product features of SonderMind’s telehealth platform
- Work very closely with product and engineering, with the potential requirement to directly oversee some of those teams
- Work closely with Provider Success to manage the sign-up and engagement with a paid, direct-to-consumer telehealth offering
- Work closely with Marketing to manage the client CAC for a paid, direct-to-consumer telehealth offering
- Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure quality and assessment measures are appropriately used

- Proven expertise in working with multiple stakeholders to successfully launch a consumer-facing product or service line in a resource-constrained environment
- Strong strategic product builder, with a view that spans the 4 P’s and can direct the launch of a new business
- Ability to work independently with minimal specific direction and meet the intended outcomes
- Entrepreneurial and seeking an opportunity to thrive without a crystal-clear set of steps to perform
- Extremely high work ethic and comfort with working in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Highly analytical
