Job Overview
SonderMind is seeking to hire a Director of Clinical Engagement to increase engagement, build community, and provide evidence-based analytics to our increasing network of licensed therapists. In this role, the Director of Clinical Engagement will develop and execute SonderMind's engagement strategies in order to activate, evaluate, educate and motivate the SonderMind Provider Network and promote the client-provider-SonderMind relationship. As our ideal candidate, you have a clinical background with proven expertise in working with multiple stakeholders to successfully launch clinically relevant, consumer-facing product or service line.
Expected Outcomes
Short-term
-
Within one month, working with Provider Success team to begin standing up an iterative needs assessments with the SonderMind Provider Network (SPN) to ensure we are on target for improvements in education, clinical resources, practice supports and general ecosystem services. Human-centered design approach.

Within one month , working with CMO to devise a strategy to improve PRO utilization, education and begin driving Feedback Informed Care with the ultimate goal of Measurement Based Care (see long-term)

Within two months, in conjunction with the Clinical team, work with stakeholders to fully drive PRO processes in the intake and follow-up products including the expansion of symptom-based PROs and urgency questionnaires

Within two months, in conjunction with Provider Success, Payor Ops and Clinical team, assist in the operationalization of the tiered provider network with corresponding quality metrics, requirements, incentives and SPN communication strategy.
Moderate-term

Within three months, work with Clinical team, Quality Improvement Committee and key stakeholders in Provider Success, Product and Engineering to build out other evidence-based PROs including functional and therapeutic alliance assessments

Within three months, collaborate with the CMO, Manager of Clinical Operation and the analytics team to iterate on existing clinical dashboards that quality, access and engagement metrics report into

Within three months, execute on SPN needs assessment with rolling out new provider and client offerings through either SonderMind built or procuring partnerships with third-party, white-lableled entities

Within three months, work in conjunction with Director of Clinical Programs to expand med practices toward stepped/ collaborative care models using PROs within medical practices
Long-term

Work as part of a team to drive true Measurement Based Care across the entire SPN and expand upon our offerings

Build the Ecosystem through garnering stakeholder and market feedback to iterate and expand SPN solutions in the realms of educational, training, connectivity, and client engagement

Continue to iterate and support tiered and specialized provider networks
Gotta Haves

Previous experience as a master’s-level clinician or above (LCSW, PhD, PsyD or equivalent)

Systems work including quality improvement efforts in disseminated provider networks

High competence in clinical data analytics

Proven experience in disseminating best practices and measurement-based care

Proven ability to get things done and achieve results in a cross functional environment
