Director of Account Management
OTTO Health is a Telehealth startup based in Boulder, seeking a Director of Account Management to join our growing team. Our mission is to transform healthcare by changing the way providers and their patients communicate. By making video visits easy and attractive, we can help reduce costs, improve care, and make healthcare more convenient for everyone.
We just won an enormous contract and now we need to scale. We are seeking a strong performer to lead our Account Management team, expand our footprint, and boost our overall value through a happy customer base.
The Role: Director, Account Management
As the leader of the Account Management team, you and your team are responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with our customers following their implementation of OTTO. You are a strong people manager and relationship builder, you love helping customers get the most out of our product, and you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to help with basic tech troubleshooting on occasion.
Equally important to your skillset is your fit within our team. We prioritize communication and teamwork, because we understand these traits are fundamental elements of our speed, our success, and how much we all like our jobs.
Building process and team: You’re a builder. You’re excited by the challenge of establishing scalable processes while delivering exceptional customer support. You also like to build a team and are eager to work with the OTTO leadership to hire and onboard quality Account Managers.
Day-to-day ownership Account Management: You have a track record of setting and meeting objectives, resolving escalations, and handling competing priorities. You are able to steer your overall team direction while also growing your individual team members.
Relationship building: You naturally build and nurture relationships. You love getting to know people, and excel at learning others’ motivations and drivers.
OTTO Advocacy: You help customers get the best out of our product, including helping them expand their current telehealth footprint, and reap as many benefits as possible using OTTO. You are comfortable having contract expansion conversations to fortify customer retention.
Communication: You effectively communicate goals to teammates and partners, and convey the value behind those goals to motivate your team. You prioritize teamwork and value great communication as a core building block of a successful team.
Customer Support: You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and digging in to challenges our customers cannot solve on their own. You troubleshoot technical configuration effectively and articulate solutions well. You are patient and detail-oriented when working side-by-side with our customers to resolve issues.
