Desktop Support will provide technical assistance to our internal employees. They will help install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems and oversee the end-to-end customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent IT customer support for markets by answering phone calls, chats, emails, walk ups, and resolving open tickets
  • Tracking all end-user support activities through our ticketing system
  • Maintaining communication with end-user, keeping them informed of issue resolution status for all tickets in the office
  • Responsible for investigating complex technical issues and finding root cause or break fixes
  • Serve as primary liaison between service desk and system administration
  • Handle remote repairs and configuration of IT equipment
  • Managing new hire setups, including user access and equipment setups
  • Participating in demonstration, testing, configuration, and training of new technology
  • Identifying opportunities to improve, automate, or simplify processes or systems
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that involves after hours and weekend support

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1- 3 years of IT support or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience providing remote and hands-on support for multiple locations
  • Ability to effectively interact and maintain professionalism with customers at all levels via phone and email.
  • Ability to handle problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Expected travel to Minneapolis office 30% of the time


The pay range for this position in Colorado would be $47,000-$55,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role can be located anywhere in the US.
