We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a new Customer Support Team in Denver! As a Customer Support Specialist, you will help our customers move one step closer to homeownership by resolving their inquiries and assisting them through our application process. Additionally, you will be a founding member of a new office and play an integral role in developing a second home for Divvy in Denver.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Chat, Phone, SMS, and Email. 
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to identify issues and improve the user experience. 
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by investigating and responding to all customer needs and questions. 
  • Subject matter expert on Divvy policies and procedures as it relates to the customer journey. 
  • Discuss financial documents and perform basic document review. 
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer and identify areas for improvement.

About You:

    • BA/BS strongly preferred1+ years experience in a customer facing role.
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that could include weekends.
    • Professional and empathetic.
    • Great problem solving skills and issue resolution.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environmentStrong communicator, who is always willing to get on a the phone and chat with a customer.
    • Prior sales, banking, or customer facing experience at a tech company is a plus
