We are hiring a support specialist to help create an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
The Support Specialist at Wishlist will work alongside the Customer Support team to deliver a positive customer experience to our clients. This individual will be resourceful, resilient and be a great communicator.
What You Will Do:
Manage and resolve support tickets and provide top-level customer service to Wishlist’s clients
Receive experience requests and work with vendors and reward recipients to book experiences on their behalf
Collaborate on projects to improve efficiency of support team
Effectively communicate product updates to Marketplace team
Strong written & oral communication
Passionate about solving problems and helping users succeed
Is technically savvy
Thrives when required to multi-task
Is resilient when obstacles are presented
Embraces curiosity to solve problems
Takes ownership of responsibilities, problems, and mistakes
