We’re looking for a Customer Support rock star who is dedicated to facilitating world-class experiences and adventures. Strong candidates will be intrinsically motivated to find solutions, comfortable in rapidly changing environments, meticulous with details, technically savvy, and have an innate, entrepreneurial curiosity.
Responsibilities
Manage technical support tickets and provide top-level service to Wishlist’s end-users
Book unique experiences and answer all inquiries about our platform, products and services
Provide unparalleled service to Wishlist’s end vendors, clients and users
Quantify and qualify user trends and craft solutions on how to improve our services
Work with the product team to build customer facing product enhancements
Requirements
2+ years experience in an omnichannel Customer Support role
Experience using a support ticket management software
Passionate about solving problems and helping users succeed
Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills across several channels
Comfortable working with technology and common customer support tools
Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Team player who thrives in rapidly changing environments
Possess an innate desire to uncover or develop solutions prior to escalating issues
Proven ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks simultaneously
