What is the Customer Support Specialist Role

Our dynamic Customer Support team provides excellent inbound and outbound customer service and ensures that every individual we interact with gets matched to the right therapist for their needs. Our team is dedicated to high quality customer care and support, as well as supporting the growth and expanded use of our behavioral health network. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork and ability to quickly shift activities and priorities to meet growing business demands.

Our team is made up of experienced healthcare, technology and product professionals who work very hard and thrive in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. As an early team member, we will expect you to exhibit extreme ownership of your objectives, demonstrate a willingness to take risks and never act as a cog in the wheel. 

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and driven to provide outstanding customer support consistently across any channel. Plus if you’ve worked in high performing sales or call center environment and familiar with ticketing systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks including care coordination, inbound and outbound calls, and provider support. If you thrive on hitting individual and team goals, providing a world-class customer experience, and being adaptable in a fast paced environment to change mental health for the better you are encouraged to apply. 

Customer Support Specialist Duties:

  • Within one week: Be able to take client intake calls and triage tickets. Understand and utilize ticketing systems. 
  • Within two weeks: Triage provider issues, understand client and provider systems. 
  • Within one month: Own an individual part of the customer operations team goals and reach success according to team metrics.

Nice to Have: 

  • Strong bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred) 
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Healthcare experience
