We’re looking for an up-and-coming, customer support rock star to work with our clients and partners to make our premier experiences happen without a hitch.  You’ll need a proactive mindset, superb communication skills, attention to detail and knack for learning quickly. Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with clients to book and manage local experiences throughout the United States

  • Create and maintain relationships with key providers

  • Clearly articulate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Meet or exceed service level requirements

Requirements

  • Clear thoughts on how to deliver top-notch customer service

  • Ability to take on new projects and easily transition between tasks

  • Comfortability with multitasking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with technology

  • Receptive to coaching and adaptive to change

  • Desire to excel and grow each day

  • Ability to think on your feet and make in-the-moment decisions that positively affect the customer and the business
