As a Customer Support Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in customer support functions and programs ranging including provisioning and credentialing accounts, customer and procedural audits, and additional tasks as needed. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in customer support and to help build a truly unique customer success organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Support Operations inbox, handling time-sensitive operational tasks which support the Customer Success organization
  • Credential and Provision new accounts, including auditing new deals
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to create the optimal customer experience
  • Assist in customer health-related daily tasks including customer audits and recredentialing
  • Participate in and manage operational projects as needed

What you bring:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a high-paced environment
  • Track record of mastering new systems and processes quickly - you are a quick learner
  • Attention to detail and willing to dig deep and handle a large workload
  • Process and solution-oriented - able to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • CRM experience a plus but not required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
