Brightwheel is seeking to hire a Customer Support Hero to support our growing community of directors, teachers, & parents.

 

We're looking for someone with experience working in customer service at a tech company, and ideally someone who understands the daily experience of a teacher and parent of young children. You will be the direct line to our schools and parents and will work cross functionally with both the Sales, Customer Success and Product/Engineering teams. You get excited about solving customer problems and patiently breezing through a queue of help tickets.

 

We are a lean, fast-moving team that prefers to avoid meetings and focus 100% on delighting our customers.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
    • At least 1 year of customer service/support (required)
    • Experience in schools/education (a plus)
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Exceptional written skills helping customers with troubleshooting
    • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
    • Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar support CRM systems.
    • Comfort with very fast-paced and a dynamic environment that will evolve rapidly.
    • A passion for improving the world through education
