As a member of our Denver Product Augmentation team, you will be responsible for uploading and processing loan documents. You will answer questions from Lenders, Settlement Agents, and Consumers. In addition you will have a large impact on the growth of the team and product, gathering feedback from customers and sharing that super valuable data with the broader Snapdocs team.
Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role where you’ve had to advise clients and handle support queries. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you bring a positive attitude to everything you do. You're a resourceful and self-starting team player, hungry to contribute to the company's overall mission.
