The ideal candidate will possess effective communication and people skills, including the ability to connect authentically with people via the phone and email.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints via phone and email.
• Answer the customer support phone lines.
• Professionally communicate with potential clients, therapist members, and people seeking therapy.
• Provide technical support for members using website features.
• Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments.
• Maintain supportive relationships with customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Follow established policies and procedures for a range of operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• One year of demonstrated experience providing customer support over the phone
• Excellent reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills
• Must be very experienced with use of computers, data entry, Microsoft office suite, and ability to learn new applications
• Excellent typing skills
