Customer Support Associate - Remote (Denver, CO)
The Position
Are you passionate about problem-solving and customer service? Do you aspire to learn about the vacation rental industry and work in a fast-growing company? We’re on the hunt for a Remote Associate on our Owner Support team! This person is a communication champion who can skillfully provide ongoing assistance to our vacation rental property owners. Homeowner satisfaction and retention is key as we look to continue to build our rapidly growing portfolio of homes. The right person for this role will reflect Evolve’s core values and be a pillar of professionalism to help homeowners grow their small business and maximize their partnership with us.
This is a full-time, remote position, paying $15 per hour.
What you will do
- Drive customer loyalty by providing empathetic, professional assistance to owners through email and SalesForce CRM.
- Help customers navigate their Evolve account and access all the information they need
- Provide a problem-solving approach to the everyday issues that arise in the vacation rental industry

Required Remote Work Information
- Applicants must be 18 or older to be eligible for this position
- Work 40 hours per week during owner support operating hours (M - F 7a - 9p; Sat & Sun 8a - 6p MST)
- Must live in the greater Denver area and work remotely in Colorado
- Attend new hire training at the Evolve office in downtown Denver for ten days
- Must provide own reliable computer
- An internet speed of at least 50 Mb/s or higher
- A distraction-free workspace
