Main tasks:

• Provide excellent customer service to consult customers via telephone daily
• Troubleshoot and set up customer equipment in a timely manner
• Develop individual based solutions on the requirements of the customer
• Be able to act as the liaison between customers, Partner's, and Sales Consultants
• Communicate with team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
• Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss

Your Profile:

• Organized & Detail Oriented
• Familiar with working with Microsoft Products
• Team player attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred background in Customer Service
