Responsibilities of our Customer Success Managers:

  • Drive adoption of the platform to current users and new users by developing and executing robust program maturity plans

  • Help customers calculate and monetize business value (KPI’s) by driving monthly reporting with customers; measuring business value, penetration, usage, and adoption

  • Understand customers' use cases and establish KPI tracking and achievement against KPI’s.

  • Own the customer renewal lifecycle, post implementation through renewal

  • Build trust-based customer relationships by asking good questions, listening more than you talk, and demonstrating reliability and empathy

  • Collaborate with our team of Data Scientists to translate business questions into quantitative analysis

  • Use frontline learnings to contribute to product development, team system building, and company culture


What we’re looking for

  • 4-8 years professional experience in customer-facing roles, interfacing with executives and driving customer transformation programs.

  • You love working with people. You build relationships easily. You ask good questions. People say you’re a good listener. You’re deeply empathetic.

  • Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise customers and navigating vast organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments.

  • You love using data to answer questions and drive change. You often find yourself translating between data and non-data folks.

  • You can get things done. You’ve managed cross-functional teams and complex projects. Your prioritization skills and judgement are world-class. You’re detail oriented.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset. We’re a young company and things are messy. This should excite, not frustrate you.

Compensation Range: approximately $80-$140k plus equity
