FRONTSTEPS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be part of the growing FRONTSTEPS Customer Success Team. In this role you will be responsible for the health, satisfaction, retention, and adoption of FRONTSTEPS services to our customers. Through partnership and collaboration, you will assist them in achieving their business goals and finding the most value with their investment in FRONTSTEPS products. As their needs evolve, you will introduce them to new FRONTSTEPS solutions and increase resident engagement within your assigned book of business. You are the customer’s partner, with the goal of driving our customer’s success, establishing loyal relationships, and securing continued business with FRONTSTEPS. This position will be based in our office in Mesa, Arizona.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and hosts client Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Demonstrates through preparation for all client related meetings and activities

  • Onboard customers and partner with the implementation team while effectively managing customer expectations

  • Proactively address churn by identifying at-risk customers, develop a “get well” plan, and turnaround the customer sentiment

  • Consistently meet or exceeds established goals for referrals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Drive adoption of the FRONTSTEPS products within the customer base

  • Takes ownership for resolving customer issues; partner with other internal teams to ensure client’s needs and resolution with escalated issues are being met

  • Develop methods of account management that allow for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and retention rates

  • Build strong customer relationships from resident, to the HOA Board, and PMC executives

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for revenue growth

  • Tracks activity in Salesforce, and accurately logs outcomes of customer discussions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A degree

  • Experience in a client facing role

  • Proven consulting, sales or customer service/support skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skill

  • Ability to develop, lead, and report on project plans

  • Proven ability to present information effectively to all levels

  • High level of professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferred

  • Onboarding and implementing customers in a SaaS company is a huge plus

  • Demonstrate a solution-focused attitude

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

  • Highly motivated, flexible, and self-sufficient

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Approximately 10% travel required
