Wishlist is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and grow with our clients. An ideal candidate will have a curiosity for data-driven decisions, a passion for making customers successful, and the ability to articulate feedback across multiple stakeholders.

This position entails working closely with customer support, product, and sales. To be successful as a Customer Success Manager at Wishlist, you must be able to balance the needs of your clients with the demands of a rapidly moving business.

Customer Success responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives, and stakeholders. Customer Success Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Support and Product) to improve the entire customer experience. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop deep industry insight and expertise within the rewards and recognition space

  • Become an expert in the industry and provide ongoing value and support our client base, addressing both short and long-term opportunities and challenges

  • Nurture relationships with existing Wishlist accounts 

  • Collaborate with the product team on solutions

  • Develop a rapport as a consultative partner to provide and execute on account plans 

  • Deliver revenue growth through account renewals, communicating new product offerings, and adding on services to existing accounts

  • Prioritize conflicting client requests and company tasks

  • Forecast and track key account metrics

  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

 

Requirements 

  • 2+ years in Customer Success 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS Company

  • Team player embracing the overall Wishlist vision and culture

  • Self-starter, quick learner, and a strong sense hustle

  • Ability to maintain poise, confidence, and professional disposition in high-pressure situations

  • Nimble and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Unrivaled people skills

  • A passion for going above and beyond for your clients

  • Outstanding organizational, written, and oral communication

  • Excellent time and project management skills
