Customer Success Manager

Digital Assets Data (DAD) is a leader in helping sophisticated institutional investors understand the cryptoasset markets through unique data sets and insightful analysis. A fast-growing SaaS startup with $6m in seed funding, our customers include key thought leaders in the crypto space.

We’re looking for a strong Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships, drive adoption of the DAD platform and deliver outcomes leading to renewals and expansion opportunities. This critical function will partner with our clients to deliver high quality experiences, ensure clients are getting the most out of the platform, and uncover new ways to make the platform an essential tool for understanding cryptoasset markets.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive predictable growth for the business by delivering and communicating ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Be the main point of contact and trusted partner for the client on use-case and product functionality

  • Maintain a consistent cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement

  • Troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers and collaborate with the engineering and development team to resolve expediently

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product and Services teams to understand customers’ business needs, analyze customer health metrics, and inform the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of experience or MBA/Master’s degree + 5 years of experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, or another client-facing role in a SaaS company

  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple customer relationships

  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change

  • Impressive executive presence, interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills

  • Bias for action

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management, Product Management, or Business Development experience

  • Understanding of financial markets

  • Understanding of/exposure to blockchain and/or cryptocurrency transactions
