Job Description
We are looking forward to meeting our next teammate: an experienced Customer Success Manager. Your primary goal is to help our customers achieve the highest value from our products and services.

Being a trusted advisor and industry thought leader to both dealer executive sponsors and their front-line employees
Traveling out of state, potentially overseas, around 50% of your time
Training customers on Modern products and, importantly, the associated processes and best practices
Proactively finding ways customers can expand use Modern to more users and departments
Being an expert on all Modern products and services, and supporting customers with answers and solutions
Actively suggesting other products and services, and collaborating with Sales, as needed
Assessing accounts and creating reports, business assessments and recommendations
Leading regular business reviews with dealers to ensure adoption and high satisfaction
Proactively identifying account risks and helping to mitigate risks
Serving as the voice of the customer to help prioritize feature requests and product improvements
You:
2+ years in customer success or account management
A history of going above and beyond
Develop and maintain strong relationships with various personalities
Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
High degree of empathy and patience
Distill complex ideas into clear, concise communication
Very organized, with strong project management skills
Strong attention to detail
