Customer Success Associate
Skupos is searching for a Customer Success Intern to join our growing team, supporting over 5,000+ retailers. As a Customer Success Intern, you will help our team with coordination and communication between some of our largest partners. You have a passion for helping customers, and are looking to grow your skills by working side by side with our talented group of Customer Success Managers.
Responsibilities:
+ Managing email communication between some of our largest data partners and our retailers
+ Coordinating with our Customer Success Managers on any customer issues
+ Tracking customer information within our Salesforce CRM system
+ Ensuring seamless enrollment of our customers into various brand programs
+ Assisting CSM’s and Management with projects
Requirements:
+ An excitement and passion for Customer Success
+ Bachelor’s degree or current degree in progress preferred
+ Extreme attention to detail
+ A willingness to learn from others and grow within the company
