Customer Success Associate

Granicus is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support the successful adoption of our suite of SaaS solutions, and to drive visible value aligned with our clients' business outcomes. As a CSA, you consistently provide exceptional customer service so that our clients can deliver high-quality civic and citizen experiences in our communities. You are a powerful client advocate and you desire to be a part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that focuses on providing world-class service.
What You'll Do:
- Strategically assemble and deliver product adoption content across Granicus' existing and expanding product portfolio
- Collaborate with the sales organization to expand every aspect of on-the-ground and online intelligence
- Keenly identify and document expansion opportunities in SalesForce
- Pursue and communicate new developments in the Granicus product portfolio
- Support Granicus at internal and external speaking events as a subject-matter expert of our products and respective civic and citizen knowledge pillars
- Learn and embody Granicus' mission to provide transformative customer experiences
- Keep current on relevant client topics such as program background, media reports, and agency developments
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as an agency or software company
- You have an avid appetite for analytics and advancement driven by data
- You have great organizational skills and an eagerness to adopt signature Granicus practices
- You enjoy relationship building with your excellent interpersonal skills
- You thrive in a lean, self-propelling, and proactive environment
- You are committed to diversity of thought and consideration of different ideas
- You are willing to travel up to 20%
- You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent
