We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Denver based team. As Customer Service Specialist, you will report to the Manager, US Outbound Conversion and will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
  • Ability to handle multiple calls, queries, and emails concurrently
  • Respond to all new tickets from Call/Email/Live-chat and Facebook/Twitter
  • Accurately track conversions and keep up to date reports
  • Consistently follow up with leads and upkeep client relationships
  • Meet company service and quality standards


SKILLS WE SEEK

  • Associates level degree or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in with Sales or Customer Service
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Strong phone support skills
  • Provide world-class, personalized customer service and build rapport/relationship across every customer touchpoint
  • Strong knowledge of a multitude of sports
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Solid understanding of escalation process
  • Strong phone support skills
  • Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
  • Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and is effective in a variety of communication settings i.e. one to one, small and large groups, and among diverse styles and position levels
  • Innovative and comes up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique
  • Learns quickly. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings

The 17,000 square foot PointsBet office located in the LoDo area of downtown Denver balances Scandinavian design with inspiration from the many sports that help power the PointsBet product. Our offices are conveniently located within a short walking distance from Union Station.
