Customer Service Representative
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Customer Service Rep, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in policies and procedures. Review and make changes to customer accounts. Maintain thorough and accurate customer records. Addressing and resolving “tickets”, including but not limited to refunds, defects, shipping issues, stock issues, order problems, discount issues, customer questions, etc. Quickly and effectively responding to emails, comments, complaints, and questions. Continually works towards self-development to stay current on Customer Service, Sales, and procedures and practices. Always acting and responding to customer issues and/or inquires in a professional and effective manner.

- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to meet required goals and quotas.

Salaried position starting at $40,000 annually
