What you'll do:

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working people, who love helping others, to come join our team as Customer Service Ninjas.

Our Ninjas:

Manage orders from start to finish, respond to inquiries, maintain a 94% "insanely helpful" quality score, and problem-solve with customers & catering partners throughout the lifecycle of an order. ezCater's customers expect a consistent level of high-quality customer service, which you are passionate about providing.

Your shift would be: 

• Overnight; you will be working from home for the majority of the time with the exception of one in office shift per month during normal business hours.
• This is a full-time, salaried, overnight role.
• You must come to our Downtown Denver office for your first six weeks of training. While in training, your schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM.

When you work from home, please have an appropriate set-up: a quiet place and hard-wired, high-speed web access. We'll provide a computer, a headset, and VOIP phone service.
