Customer Service and Collections Agent - Swing Shift, ODX

An ODX-powered bank experience allows customers to apply digitally, receive immediate decisions, and obtain funding as fast as same day. As a Customer Service and Collections Agent at ODX working our swing shift, you will:
- Advise our Loan Specialists, Customers, and members of our management team so we can help customers obtain financing for their business as seamlessly as possible
- Be a go-between for our Operations teams, Funding Advisors and Customers
- Working with other member of our operations and sales teams to constantly help reform best practices
- You will make and receive calls to customers, discuss roadblocks to successful paying relationships and address general loan information
- Develop new business calling a significant number of potential merchants as needed / directed by Management
- Perform Outbound Renewals Calls to Customer eligible for a new loan
Necessary qualifications for success:
- Committed to working our Swing Shift; 4p-Midnight MST
- Bachelor’s degree 0-2 years of experience in a sales-driven, telesales or customer service environment
- Have made outbound calls to potential clients.
- You have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Your personality is engaging - powerful work ethic, resilience, and emotional intelligence
- You focus on your goals and a have a great desire to succeed
- You share a passion to advance the vision of the department
- You are coachable and can follow a proven process
- You have the ability to exercise your own discernment and discretion while working independently
- You have a dynamic personality with superior communications skills
- You are excited about growing an exciting career in sales with a proven track record
- You have the ability to collaborate with a team and also work independently
