The purpose of the Customer Self-Service Team Lead is to ensure our customers’ deep and successful utilization of the software - in order to help churches grow disciples.

Responsibilities:

As the Customer Self-Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership to your team and managing renewal strategies and goals.

You will direct the customer renewals process by implementing renewal strategies and monitoring customer health indicators, company level profitability, renewal dollars retained, and number of churches retained.

You will have a focus on staff development and provide weekly one on ones, manage associate evaluations, and co-create development plans.

You will elicit customer feedback and look for innovation opportunities that produce customer and associate results.

What you will bring:

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical material into relatable, easy to implement format
  • Three years implementation or consulting experience with SaaS organization
  • Ministry strategy and best practice experience in a church setting, and prior experience with the Church Community Builder software
  • Three plus years supervisory experience
