We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Shipping and Fulfillment manager with meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of customer happiness.  Must have high energy and drive to maintain our fast paced schedule and unparalleled customer service.  We aim to create raving fans for life.

You are an efficient, time management wizard always thinking three steps ahead.  You strive for perfection and are constantly looking for ways to improve processes without compromising the customer experience. You will manage the schedule and workflow of our freelance fulfillment specialists to ensure we’re delighting our customers with amazon-speed shipping and accuracy.

You will thrive in the start-up excitement of a rapidly growing business, and will contribute to inspiring and implementing new solutions for even better fulfillment of our core company goal - building complete trust in Wunderkin quality and service. Responsibilities:

  • Manage constant flow of product fulfillment, shipping and returns
  • Oversee shipping fulfillment team’s schedule and output
  • Implement efficient fulfillment processes for special programs
  • Oversee ordering and maintenance of packaging/shipping/office supplies
  • Project manage workflow for multiple internal projects
  • Keep office clean and organized
  • Constantly look for creative solutions to optimize margins by cutting material costs and combining orders without compromising the customer experience
  • Plan for upcoming anticipated challenges/needs and execute solutions seamlessly
  • Stay up-to-date with technological programs that could streamline the fulfillment process and provide faster ship times
  • Communicate with USPS to schedule pickups, troubleshoot problems and proactively seek better shipping alternatives as we continue to grow

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelors or Associates degree
  • Excellent communication.
  • Experience building and managing a team.
  • Proven success creating and perfecting customer service and/or shipping processes.
  • 3 year minimum in shipping, fulfillment and customer service.
  • Tech- savvy. Familiarity with Shipstation, Zendesk, Shopify a plus.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Positive, optimistic person who would contribute to the thriving company culture we have created for our team.

 

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week in office

Salary: $40,000
