Evolve Vacation Rental Network is a high growth, Denver-based startup that is redefining vacation rental management and we’re looking for a smart, passionate, and entrepreneurial individual to join us.

Our team is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. We provide homeowners with the easiest and most effective way to generate rental income, while offering travelers the world's best booking experience.

We're conveniently located in Downtown Denver offering easy access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, RTD Light Rail, as well as all the great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops the city has to offer! Oh, and we also like to have a lot of fun.

The Position

Evolve is currently in the process of scaling our Customer Experience Team and are looking for people like you for a full-time opportunity!

Evolve’s Customer Experience Team is focused on supporting guests throughout their vacation rental experience. Our team takes customer experience very seriously. We believe in creating customers for life, one experience at a time. This job is not for everyone. However, if you wish to provide a next-level experience to guests while working with a team that feels like family, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with reservations changes
  • Use creative problem-solving to create an unparalleled guest experience
  • Analyze customer feed-back and provide strategic direction for on-going initiatives
  • Be there for homeowners and guests when they need us the most

Requirements/Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and highly-skilled problem solver
  • Flexible hours and availability extending into nights, weekend, and holidays
  • Start-up worthy: maniacal work ethic, run-through-brick-walls mentality, thrive in a fluid environment with rapidly changing priorities, and not afraid to work on any assignment thrown your way because everything is important in a startup.

Education

  • Four-year undergraduate degree
