The Receptionist, located in the RiNo district in Denver, CO, is the industry-leading, cloud-based Visitor Management Solution (VMS) that automates visitor check-in and helps reduce the chaos of the modern front office. What we’ll expect from you and what you'll be doing:

  • Using your master-level prioritization skills, fantastic attention to detail, tech savvy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to respond to customer inquiries, provide onboarding assistance via phone, chat and email, and conduct light billing interactions.
  • Shipping hardware, maintaining inventory, and sending follow-up communications for orders.
  • Leveraging your passion for wowing customers and giving them an awesome experience to serve as a champion for them and represent their voice in everything you do.
  • Using your self-motivation and desire to make a valuable contribution to autonomously maintain expert product knowledge, update knowledge base articles with new feature information, advocate for new feature requests based on customer input, and help mold Radical Support and the Voice of The Receptionist.
  • Naturally building trusted relationships through empathy, enthusiasm, positivity, incredible listening skills, and a genuine love/desire to help creatively solve people’s problems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing exceptional support to customers for a growing company in a software supportive role
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS start-up a plus.
  • Typing speed of 50-80 wpm with excellent accuracy
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Physical requirements necessary to perform the duties of the job: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Demonstrated experience working with tools similar to Hubspot, Salesforce, Intercom or live chat communications preferred
  • Confidence speaking with customers, via phone, chat, and email.
  • Some college coursework or relevant certifications. Bachelor’s degree (especially with a marketing, business, or communications emphasis) preferred, but not required.
