About the Team

Managed Projects is our newest, fastest growing business line at Angi. This is a unique opportunity to join our team of talented individuals to disrupt how customers and service professionals access and experience large home improvement projects.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be joining the Managed Projects Operations team which supports categories with the highest complexity (fencing to garages). You will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for our customers and service professionals, while building a best-in-class escalation resolution process.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and resolve complex cases of customer and service professional issues on behalf of Angi
  • Manage and track cost of sales items
  • Build risk control and escalations management function
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to scale escalations management to the next 100,000 customers
  • Grow your team - hire and dedicate people to relevant roles

Who you are

  • 5+ years of work experience in Claims, Case Management, Escalations, or Disputes
  • Construction, Home Improvement Industry experience is a plus
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; hack, test and learn mentality; team player
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to ensure success
