Culture Programs Specialist

The Culture Program Specialist is a champion of StickerGiant’s positive company culture and a detail wizard who thrives on removing challenges and obstacles. You will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and will manage multiple concurrent programs and tasks. You are happy working at both the strategic and tactical levels. You are not afraid to take ownership of tasks and be a dynamic resource to multiple leaders. Your ability to adapt quickly is one of your well-honed strengths.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PROGRAM OVERSIGHT (50%)
Perform various support tasks and project management for 7 leaders: COO, Directors of Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, IT, Production, and HR
Deliver on StickerGiant culture programs, initiatives and events such as
Charity and philanthropic giving program
Social events
Fun team
Internal merchandise platform
Employee recognition program
OFFICE MANAGEMENT & LEGAL (30%)
Liaison to outside counsel for contract reviews, terms of service, trademark, and vendor agreements
Serve as point of contact for all business insurance brokerage relationships
Oversee and manage day-to-day office/facility including building maintenance, supply orders, equipment requests and other duties as required
STAFF SUPPORT (20%)
Take the lead coordinating meetings, appointments, email and calendar management
Book domestic travel for multiple people
Attend weekly meetings, take meeting notes and distribute to leaders
Organize and prepare weekly and quarterly company meetings
Coordinate and oversee all strategic planning (EOS) deliverables for the leadership team
Observe and suggest ideas for removing obstacles for COO and Directors
Maintain confidentiality while handling all matters
EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Humanities, or related field preferred
5+ years project/program management in a fast-growth company
1 - 2 years of event management
Experience supporting executive-level staff members
Office or facilities management experiences a plus, but not required
