Job Description:
The CSM Learning & Enablement Manager is a functional position responsible for ensuring the global Customer Support post-sales organization is equipped with the content, resources, tools, training, and metrics necessary to effectively differentiate and support RingCentral products and services. The CSM Enablement Manager plays a critical strategic role in achieving this objective by leading the development of high-quality training and enablement solutions.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and passionate about creating effective training solutions for our CSM post-sales teams. This person will be responsible for maintaining existing content and will be challenged to design new and innovative enablement programs to drive adoption and improved customer experience. Enablement activities include designing and implementing adoption programs, customer engagement strategies, and escalation management techniques.sales training solutions that excite and delight our CSM professionals to meet post-sales goals and objectives. This person will coordinate with sales and technical enablement to continue to upskill the CSM population. Experience with enabling team activities based on system triggers is important for the role.
This position reports into the Director, Post-Sales Learning & Enablement.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CSM stakeholders and managers to understand their needs for training and develop solutions in a timely fashion.
Manage the development of all learning content for post-sales training curriculum.
Assist with the delivery of our new hire sales training curriculum (FLIGHT SCHOOL) and continuously help to improve the program to increase the success of our CSM new hires, reducing the ramp to full productivity.
Manage the delivery of large-scale training efforts including instructor-led classroom (as law permits), instructor-led online and self-paced.
Collaborate and team with members from various departments within the Company to ensure that training content is relevant and effective for the CSM audience and their business needs.
Build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships.
Execute the development of education and training for CSM agents, working with product marketing, management, and other key SMEs to identify, develop and improve core training.
Develop, deploy and manage the organization's certification programs for CSMs.
Integrate sales methodology and content usage within the company's sales force automation application.
Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve post-sales productivity.
Attend and participate in regular Global Learning & Enablement meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years enablement experience focused on post-sales enablement
Degree not required
Experience supporting direct customer-facing post-sales organization required
Customer Support operations experience a plus
