CS Renewals Manager - Winback Specialist
About The Team
This newly formed team is charged with reclaiming business that may have lost its way away from us. Scheme, strategize, and smile-and-dial our wayward customers back home with us!
What You'll Do
- Effectively communicate over the phone -- and Zoom! -- to understand needs of the customer (minimum 50 calls per day)
- Facilitate email-based conversations with the goal of resolving any issues the customers may have experienced to bring them back to Zoom
- Establish next steps to have a more in-depth conversation about how Zoom can help the customer
- Keep up-to-date notes for proper reporting and transfer of knowledge
- When necessary, document processes for scalable training
About You
- 2+ years experience in a SaaS environment
- Self-motivated to make phone calls and run email campaigns
- Ability perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of account data
- Sales and customer service experience a plus
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
- Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Zendesk, and DOMO experience preferred
- Strong Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]
- BA/ BS or equivalent experience
- A proven track record of client satisfaction, team work, and cross functional collaboration

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$63,540.00 USD
Maximum :
$98,460.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
