Are you a thought leader in Customer Experience (CX) transformation with multiple CRM platform technology experience? We are seeking a high-caliber CRM/CX Engagement Director to join the team at Eventus Solutions Group. You will serve as the lead for complex CRM and CX projects that transform and optimize clients’ customer experience capabilities.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead the operational, technical, and financial performance of CRM programs.
- Lead business development for large CRM implementations.
- Drive system and business transformations at Clients.
- Serve as PMO lead with the primary responsibility for risk mitigation and release planning efforts.
- Manage client relationships at key accounts across all Eventus business lines.
- Developing execute new business and expanded product lines.
- Act as an advisor to C-Suite and client stakeholders regarding operational, technical and financial performance.
Qualifications for success:
- Large scale CRM program management delivery leadership experience including P&L and executive relationship management with Client Directors, VPs and CIOs.
- Proven experience across one or more of the following technologies: Pega, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
- Experience effectively leading multi-disciplinary departments through critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills to execute against set contract objectives.
- Experience in Contact Center transformation is a plus.
- Experience in managing large teams of developers, business analysts and client resources.
- Ability to creatively solve project issues and develop action plans to clear project blockers.
- Ability to manage Kanban and Scrum agile project methodologies and adopt them to specific client environments/needs.
- Experience creating Client communication and sales related deliverables and with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Applicants can expect to make between $165,000 to $205,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 20%.
