In the CRM Systems Administrator role, you will ensure our associates are equiped with effective tools and insights needed to manage our church partners throughout the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Create and manage administration processes including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, assignment rule, list generation
  • Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and processes and continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Take primary ownership of the CRM systems within the company and maintain organizational expertise of the CRM systems, processes, and optimization
  • Manager users, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, queues, licenses, capacity, database, and storage management
  • Design and maintain useful and transferable training materials for Salesforce processes and workflows for use by our associates
  • Work on multiple projects to coordinate deadlines and code integration
  • Support the team and organization to fully implement and maximize Salesforce

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years equivalent work experience (salesforce admin/CPQ)

  • At least a year experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
  • Resourcefulness: Passionately finds ways over, around, or through barriers to success. Achieves results despite lack of resources. Goes beyond the call of duty. Shows bias for action. A result oriented “doer”.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly
  • Reputation for not giving up and being passionate.
  • The ability to see things from 20,000 ft all the way to 1 ft.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience training and teaching others to use a new platform or technology
