Downtown Denver-based luxury vacation company is expanding our business into all aspects of luxury travel, including hotels, air travel, cruises, and tours. We are seeking a Hotel Coordinator who will be responsible for several administrative tasks including hotel reservations, payment processing and general support of Inspirato Travel Services (ITS).

 

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a positive team mentality. Must be eager to help, a quick study and a clear communicator. Experience with Salesforce.com and Office Suite (specifically Excel) is desirable. This is an entry-level position. A background in an administrative role, hotel reservation/reception or hospitality is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hotel reservation support to Personal Vacation Advisors for hotel reservations
  • Process reservation requests for additional inventory and manual bookings
  • Data entry of reservation details in Salesforce.com
  • Communicate with hotel contacts for special requests, re-confirmations and arrivals
  • Assist with resolution of payment, invoicing and technology issues
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of Wiki pages and website content for Member Care and Sales department reference
  • Assist in supplier training scheduling and presentation setup
  • Assist with gathering marketing and destination content for hotel promotions
  • Support with Salesforce.com administration and information updates
  • Help assemble data and materials for hotel update including property financial performance and satisfaction metrics

  • A Team Player – Collaborate well in a team with various work-styles and thought processes. Be an ambassador of the hotel team to both internal and external parties
  • Technical Skills – Comfortable working on/learning technical systems. Experience with Office Suite and Salesforce.com preferred

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is desired or a commensurate level of directly related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Hospitality, Business, or Real Estate. Travel industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Preference to candidates with working familiarity of Salesforce, Tableau, Prophix and Coupa.
