Contracts Administrator
Engrain’s Contracts Administrator manages the creation, preparation and customization of sales proposals and contracts. This role works closely with the Account, Sales, and Operations team members and requires strong analytical knowledge, organization, attention to detail and an understanding of our product suite.

You can expect to:
Manage proposal and contract templates to ensure organization and consistency of language and process
Prepare and revise custom quotes, proposals and contracts, ensuring they are executed quickly and accurately
Communicate with prospects to gather information if needed
Utilize Docusign to obtain contract signatures, adhering to best practices
Assist with documentation of best practices and training of new employees
Upon receipt of signed contracts, initiate project start including setting up projects and license records in project management and financial software
Update and maintain prospect, client and contract activity in Salesforce
Maintain pricing tools to ensure pricing, terms and conditions remain accurate
Create, prepare and maintain partner and vendor contracts and other official documents as needed
We would like:
1-3 years experience supporting administrative functions
High degree of comfort and demonstrated proficiency with technology
Strong verbal and written skills
Outstanding learning agility and ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
Team player with high degree of professionalism
Ability to easily adjust to change
