Contact Center Consultant

Job Description
- Outbound customer support for AIR communities
- Taking calls from potential AIR Communities customers or future residents
- Provide community and lease information as requested.
- Work with communities and future residents to schedule on-site appointments with leasing consultants.
- Initiates and follows-up on prospect inquiries.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience (call center environment preferred)
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Dependability and proven ability to work independently
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office Suite, OneSite, Yieldstar
- Must be able to work one weekend day. Schedule may be flexible in the future.

- Expected pay rate of $15.00 - $20.00. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
