Position summary:

This position can be based in Denver, in Chicago, or remotely.

We are looking for an energetic, mission-driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our small (and growing!) team. The Customer Success Associate will act as a vital liaison between Curable and our customers. What you'll do:

  • Support Curable customers across our various products by answering their frequently asked questions with professionalism and patience, and working with our Director of Operations to develop a system to scale customer support.
  • Engage Curable’s user community, influencers, scientists and healthcare providers with compelling commentary, content, news, stories, social updates, and more.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, inform company prioritization and influence our product roadmap.
  • And more! The role will continue to evolve as the company grows, potentially offering many different career paths.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (please include your GPA on your resume)
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a high-performance organization
  • Comfortable picking up new systems/tools and mastering them quickly
  • Able to multitask while staying detail-oriented
  • You would thrive in a small team environment where it’s collaborative and innovative, and where we try lots of new things
  • Bonus points for experience with healthcare or consumer tech
