About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Community Specialist to join our growing Legal Partnerships team! The role is a great opportunity for those looking to improve our lawyer network user experience and foster community through organizing and optimizing user feedback and data on a global scale.

The Legal Community Specialist will report directly to the Legal Community Manager, and location is flexible.*
What you’ll do
- Identify and build process improvements to our feedback structure through one central database. Build, maintain, and continuously improve this database as the legal community continues to grow.
- Create and manage an organized database of lawyer profiles by integrating existing data currently housed within multiple sources to one universal database.
- Ensure platform compliance from our legal partners, updating and drafting legal partner communication and content for our Help Center, and organize lawyer feedback.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the legal, technology, or financial services industries.
- Education: bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Detail-oriented: flawless attention to detail; can spot a typo from a mile away.
- Efficient and analytical: knows how to effectively manage and prioritize information, tasks, and individual work; makes smart, data-driven decisions.
- Interpersonal communication skills: polished, professional business communicator, both written and verbal; your high EQ allows you to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Organizational excellence: experience navigating complex or matrixed organizations. You operate easily in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment and can identify issues quickly and propose solutions autonomously.
