How you'll make an impact
The Xero story is most powerful when seen through the eyes of our accounting and bookkeeping partners who use it to succeed. Our Community Engagement team is responsible for engaging our partner community and helping them to tell the Xero story.
As the Community Engagement Manager, you will work across multiple teams to help craft powerful in-person and virtual engagements tailored to each community that drive the adoption and success of Xero cloud accounting.
What you'll do
- Drive evangelism and community engagement through events with Xero partners and influencers in the accounting profession
- Create strong accounting industry and association relationships for the benefit of Xero partners and getting the most of our sponsorships
- Build repeatable processes and procedures for community based sales teams to allow for channel growth and vitality
- Drive alignment of cross-functional teams to implement program goals
- Establish KPIs to measure event success and opportunities for our partner sales teams
- Use data housed in Salesforce to understand the partner journey and drive event strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Events and other cross-functional teams on pre and post event campaigns
- Coordinate third parties and contractors; maintaining statements of works
- Compile weekly/monthly statistics & reporting that show ROI on partner events

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in industry and/or running partner channel programs and events
- Expert planning and process experience
- Skilled presentation, communication and people skills
