Job Title:  Commissions Analyst - Sales Operations

Overview:
Are you passionate about business analysis and motivating sales hit their number? Do you thrive from finding ways to optimize process? Do you have a keen attention to detail and aren't afraid to get in the weeds? Then we want you on our team!

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem solving, process design and sales commissions calculations. You will be a critical member of the Sales Operations team who owns our monthly commissions process across Global Sales. In addition, you will help support the design of our sales incentives, perform quota attainment reporting and help analyze relevant sales performance measures.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the monthly calculation and accurate payment of sales commissions for our global sales organization
* Manage commission ticketing queue and provide ongoing support on various commission issues and exceptions
* Work closely with HR and Sales Operations to process new hires, terminations, transfers, and other changes
* Document business requirements and process flows related to the sales commissions process
* Partner with cross functional teams to maintain and deploy global commissions plans
* Ensure timely electronic distribution and acceptance of commissions plans and policy
* Collaborate with systems team to help drive process automation and system enhancements
* Coordinate training for new and existing sales reps on Callidus Cloud commissions software
* Support ad hoc projects and report requests as needed

Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
* 2-3 years of sales operations support role of which should include 1-2 years' experience working with commissions
* Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, decision making skills, and ability to show good judgment in decision making
* Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
* Positive "can do" attitude and comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an efficient professional manner while meeting deadlines
* Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with account executives, sales leadership, business systems and finance

Desired Skills:
* Experience working with software as a service (SaaS) or other recurring revenue businesses is a plus
* Callidus Cloud or Xactly Incent experience is strongly preferred
* Alteryx or Tableau experience is preferred
* Public company and SOX compliance experience preferred
* Thrive in a fast paced environment and ability to be flexible with changing priorities
